For reference, I am an 18 and I generally wear the XL in Kerrits gear. I wear the XL in this shirt also however it is a slimmer fit than the other shirts as it is designed to go under your jacket. if you do prefer a loose fit go up a size from your normal shirt. this shirt is also longer than the casual shirts.
